Chase Bill Pay

I bank at Chase. Today I got an Email from them telling me that I had enrolled my checking account in their online bill pay service and that I had never made a payment via this service. They encouraged me to do so. Here is my reply -

Dear Chase,

Your Email team must be a bunch of donkeys. I have used the bill pay option on my checking account to make recurring payments for at least 3 years. I also consistently make one-off payments throughout the month. I pay at least 80% of my bills this way. Your CRM system must be truly heinous. I fear for my future as a user of your website.
